CASA is a Court Appointed Special Advocate that is appointed in dependency cases to provide information and recommendations to the court regarding the safety and permanency of children in out-of-home placement.
Sally Brandt is the director of the Wallowa County CASA Program that is housed out of the DYS office. There are currently six advocates that volunteer their time for this program.
